I struggled with GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease), hormonal imbalances, and frequent mood swings with emotional outbursts, all while I was dealing with the sudden loss of my husband. I tried to balance the role of a single mother with a demanding corporate job while dealing with my grief, and became more frustrated when my physician wanted to give me medicines. I knew this would only make things worse.
I designed my own wellbeing journey by nourishing myself with simple, whole foods and a lifestyle in harmony with nature.
I use the same principles to form a therapeutic relationship with my clients to get to the root of the problem and design wellbeing journeys to help them live their healthiest lives.
